I have been posting on my wall, oooops! Well, not doing direct sets of push ups, pull ups, and such as I have done earlier this week. Tonight is kick boxing. This will be stretching, warm ups, and technique which will be followed by a period of sparring. This will fill two hours. I weigh in at the end of the day, so I may change my weight later.
