Fallowed my diet pretty much to a T, I worked out four days last week and did not workout during the weekend, I still lost 11 pounds, but this week I am going to workout all week the complete seven days to see if I can get even better results this week, so I can get myself out of the 300's as quickly as possible, and for good this time. I have been fallowing a good diet eating every three hours, but small portions, and no more than 1359 calories a day with usually a 2000 or more calorie workout per day. I will get fit no matter what it takes.
