Today i spent my spare time doing exercises like push ups, squats, crunches, and the like. I got home and completed (with cheats and negatives) 50 pull ups and 50 chin ups. I also jumped rope for 20 minutes and did some solo grappling exercises. So, i weigh in, after several cups of wated and some awesome chicken vindalu, at 226.5 ... Wooooo!
102.7 kg Lost so far: 20.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 14.3 kg a Week
