Not good this week. I can only assume that my body has gone into starvation mode and is holding onto everything. I took the first step and went swimming before work this morning, but hated the class. I will have to look into finding a class somewhere else... need to kick-start this again. I guess I will also have to try eating more... but not go overboard! This is very discouraging. But I can't give up like I usually do. It's still a loss.
