Day 2..still feeling pretty motivated. Probably shouldn't be weighing in daily...but that's me and the scale have a love hate relationship. Exercise wise...the dog took me for a walk again lol....she is so strong pulls me to the point where I am actually half jogging! Still no carbs...had a 2 egg omelette for breakfast😳...the test will be this afternoon when meeting at at coffee shop for a end of season netball get together with daughter and her team......my goal this week...improve fresh veggie intake and WATER!
