Fell off for several months. But I seriously need to get back on track... I'm WAAAAAY overdue to reach my goal weight.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I'm wanting to lose the weight so I feel beter about myself and regain the confidence I used to have. but it sure does help boost my motivation that I have a HOT man to see in a few weeks.
