I've never concidered myself to have a weight issue, but in recent years have started to gain 5 lbs here and another few lbs there. Well, its not as easy to control as it used to be. So, I've had to actually focus on a plan. Nothing fancy, just to intake fewer calories and burn more than I eat. I just started this plan on Monday 9/26/11 and so far so good. I need to get my mind-set back to what it was 20 years ago... "Eat to Live and not Live to Eat".
