I packed the fruit & salad with chicken (yeah it was fried but the pieces were small & its day 1!)..i snacked on fruit & herbal tea and really stayed aware of what I was eating & how I was moving. I didnt do the exercise i wanted: a brisk walk to the beach -- but I did do 5 sets of 10 with my daughters jump rope! & whew!! my heart is pumping & I worked up a sweat. One day @ a Time.
