I just been falling apart this week. I lost my job, and I'm scrambling to get things put into place. No time has been spent cooking or doing any other necessary exercise given my terrible diet. I just haven't even recorded the horrendous amounts of food and drink I have consumed. Tomorrow I'm going to start to get back on track.
133.8 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
