Staying strong 💪🏼 still haven't added any extra cardio. I guess it's true that weight loss starts in the kitchen. As much as I want to eat an entire loaf of French bread with a stick of butter, I will resist and get my favorite cheese steak omelette from Waffle House for 4.6 net carbs!

I have a bridal shower to go to on Sunday. Let's hope the cake doesn't seduce me.

I agree with wanting the breads. Lol. My craving has been spaghetti and garlic bread. Or pizza. Going to try something new tonight. Bacon crust for my pizza! Have fun at the shower! I'm sure you'll look great!
