Staying strong 💪🏼 still haven't added any extra cardio. I guess it's true that weight loss starts in the kitchen. As much as I want to eat an entire loaf of French bread with a stick of butter, I will resist and get my favorite cheese steak omelette from Waffle House for 4.6 net carbs!
I have a bridal shower to go to on Sunday. Let's hope the cake doesn't seduce me.
