I have been extremely bad over the holidays. And i gained back a lot of my weight. I am starting over from the beginning. And this time i will get to my ideal goal.

114.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 24.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.5 kg a Week
