yay, no longer overweight on the BMI scale. however still have a belly (and minor boobies) so 5 more kilos to go.
for the stats: 89 waist, 39.5 neck, 95.5 chest, 33.5 biceps.
with the waist it's difficult to know if i'm puffing out my belly or not. trying not to suck it in, which makes me do the opposite. 0.5 added on the arms :) and lost 1.5 on the neck which is great. that should be an indication i'm shedding the fat. still a bit to lose but definitely well out of the double chins area.
