It does pay to get some exercise. I was down a pound this morning. I only lasted for 30 minutes of spin class yesterday but at least I got some exercise! My knee has been painful ever since I did the lunges with a personal trainer 2 weeks ago. I feel crepitus in the joint when I bend it. I am hoping if I give it a chance to heal I won't need any medical intervention. Today I will go to the wellness center and just walk and do some weight training. I would love to see the scale go below 160.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh no - not knee problems! My doc said no more lunges or deep squats for me - ever! He said cyling was great as long as I didn't push a big gear. You are doing well! Congrats on the weight loss. Hope you get below 160 soon. We can do it! Take care of your knee - you need it for cycling! Hope you will come to sf sometime for lunch. We will need to go for a bike ride too!
