This is me getting back on the wagon. It hurt to put that weight in, but I won't get anywhere if I don't face the truth. There's nothing to do now but get back on that horse. Thank you all for your encouraging words. Today is a new day and, now that I've faced the facts, I'm ready to make it happen again. It's only defeat if I give in, and there is no way I'm going to let that happen. Wish me luck.

forgive yourslf for messing up..thats the first thing to do ..take it one day at a time to change your eating habits..get into a routine..once you get into a routine, it gets easier, im not saying that you wont eat the wrong food, just sayin that you wont eat it as often...try and exercise to work off the calories you eat..that will also help...have a great day..
