This weigh in was done on Friday. Forgot to enter it then. Also forgot to enter much of my food. I did some cheating this weekend, but mostly for dinners. Earlier in the days were ok. Back at it today and determined to see the scale go down this week.
72.7 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
