:( 81.5 , added 200g. I'm really hoping that is because of me using different scales. (the other gym scales broke down.. and no that wasn't me :D) ah well. at least I can measure my weight based on these scales now.

still a little disheartening. I have been reasonably good with my intake and I've been very active.

excuses I'm hoping are true:
- scales are differently calibrated
- I drank a lot of tea today
- I'm building up muscle which is adding to my body mass

but I think reality is that I regressed in weight a little bit.
ah well. next week it should be better. although.. tomorrow night i'm going out drinking with a friend.
81.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
