I didn't do cardio today but I did do a Slim in 6 ab DVD. It was intense. I am going to try and do that 3 times a week in addition to my 4 days of cardio. I have never worn a bikini and my goal is to be able to wear one by this summer.  

Good goal - if not a little scary! :) Keep envisioning how you want to look it your bikini - it will help keep you motivated! 

I have the Slim in 6 DVDs, and I was so excited to use it again. I got them out yesterday, opened the case, and THEY WERE GONE! I have no idea where they went! But I agree with you, they are tough, but a good tough. I can never get through the first "easy" one, so kudos to you for being able to!! Keep up the good work!
