It's the beginning of day 5 and I'm down another lb! I went to the gym this morning and was really dragging. But I pushed myself through 40 minutes of cardio. I'm so glad I did. Then I sat in the sauna for about 10 minutes. My boyfriend will be here for a visit the weekend after Valentines Day and I want him to be able to detect that I've lost weight. We usually see each other every other weekend, but between now and the 21st we won't get to due to busy schedules. I'm gonna cook some fresh broccoli, sweet potatoes and squash. Hopefully it will last for about 3 days.

I weighed this morning and I'm not down today :( Hopefully I will be down 2 lbs tomorrow! I have a cold so I drank lots of tea and consumed about 3 tablespoons of honey. So I'm guessing the sugary honey is the reason I didn't lose. I'm gonna push myself to go to the gym and do at least 30 minutes on the elliptical.

Day 3 and down another lb! This site is really helping me get and stay motivated. 6 more days....I can do it. I'm not going to the gym this week b/c I have a cold and just don't have the energy. But I am going to do some crunches tonight.
