OMG!!! I am over the moon right now with this weigh in!!! I really wasn't sure if anything would have come off as it has only been 4 days, but I want to do my weigh-ins on Fridays, so I jumped on this morning and I am down just over 4 lbs! This really speaks to what happens when you stop eating junk in the evenings. Not sure that I will see these types of results every week, and that's ok - I don't expect to. I just want to see the scale continue to go down. I needed this - to see results to help keep me motivated. The first couple of days are the hardest, but I'm not minding the tracking anymore, especially now!!! Next up is working out. I'm really tired and haven't been able to motivate myself to get out for a run or do a DVD, but I will start today, no excuses!!! I am so happy! :)
72.0 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
