The holidays go to me. I gained back 3lbs. I am very fustrated.

111.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg. Still to go: 20.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.2 kg a Week

I gained 3 as well. Don't lose heart. I dropped mine and you can drop yours too. Get back on that wagon and it will be gone in no time.
