Lost a lb this week! This pushed me over my 10%!! Meeting was good tonight with tips on surviving Thanksgiving without gaining. Just hope I can remember to use them! These next couple weeks will be tough with family visiting this weekend, church bazaar, traveling next week, holiday shopping with my daughter, sister and niece. I hope I can stay focused. But....I know I'm not in this alone so hopefully we can all be bragging on Jan 1 about how successful we were through the holidays!!
