The official end of my first week of Phase 1 and I've lost a total of 7 lbs...that is very encouraging!
Looking forward to week 2.

79.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg. Still to go: 11.3 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 1.6 kg a Week
