I eat within my limits, don't know whats going on here. Hopefully its just water retention.
77.0 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hear yah. Thanks for helping me feel like I am not alone. Dr. running tests as I am at 1700 good cals per day average and went up 4 pounds in 2 weeks. Awesome! YAH. Perhaps 2 hours in the pool instead of just one?
