I'm down a few lbs, but the 137 weigh in was actually from Jan 25, not 26th. Starting next week, I'm going to weigh in Thursday mornings. I am no longer hating this. I knew all I needed was a few days to get organized and prep some meals that I love to eat and that are also healthier than the choices I have made the last few months. I haven't done the shred today. May or may not before supper, but will do it tomorrow regardless.
60.8 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Not sure if you got my text or not, but I bought an elliptical today. Yay! I'm going to ditch the gym. I hate going. So I'm going to do Jillian every day and the elliptical as well. This way I can cut myself some slack and not limit myself, and enjoy more food! I will just have to stick with the healthier stuff.
