All right. Finally down a pound. Hopefully this is a trend that I can stick with. I've been keeping track of my exercise (which is mostly just walking) in Google Calendar because if I do it on here I want to weigh myself, which isn't always productive.

I'm hoping that this small loss will help me improve my habits for another week. Nothing like a little success to make you want more. I really hope I can get close to 175 by the beginning of March.
82.8 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

we both have 17 pounds to go! Exciting. Also, congrats on getting back on the wagon and losing a pound...thats what I need to do
