I am starting to get the muffin top again and my fat jeans are getting harder to get on so I'm cutting back on the food. I have to fit into one of my dresses for a Christmas party on the 11th. That's only 11 days from now...yikes!

Any suggestions, hints, tips, ideas....I am open to them!
62.5 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I know this is the hardest time of year to diet. My birthday was this last weekend and I ate and ate and ate. Today starts a new week and I know we can cut those calories.
