So its only 9:45am my time, and I haven't eaten yet, been so busy this morning, and of course when i don't eat breakfast, i want to binge for a snack or lunch time. I am going to eat an omelet and drink some crystal light and maybe take a nap as i slept nil last night b/c of my 2 year old... gotta love her. anyways. so needing some motivation here. I can't run today but may run the stairs and do some weights or something before i eat. Anyone have anymore diet tips i could use some... I need different meal ideas... Thanks!

I know the low carb shakes aren't really considered induction but I use them to replace a meal ... especially since I'm not a breakfast nut. I also like pork rinds, yet it requires a preferred taste but the plain ones are 0 carbs. Try a spinach omelette too ... I hated spinach but I tried this and it was actually good! I use a few drops of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and put in about 1/3 cup of frozen spinach and let it almost brown a little (for crispiness) and then I pour in two beaten eggs and add just a touch of shredded sharp cheddar. It's really good and for some reason makes me feel energized! I also like tuna with some shredded lettuce and mayo ... with some jalapeno hot sauce, lol... don't know if you like spicy foods though. Cauliflower works great for "mashed potatoes" and cabbage & no sugar added bacon is good too. I also like whipping up some egg whites w/ a little splenda and some vanilla extract. The egg whites will make your stomach feel full, trust me! Pepperoni slices are good to snack on too and if you look at the grocery store, some of the block cheeses have a 0 carb count. Sugar free jello is good to have on hand for the moments sweet attacks too. I always keep a few boxes on hand and make up a bowl at a time and have it waiting on me instead of the other way around. A little whipped up heavy cream w/ splenda is good to put on top ... or sometimes I even whip up the egg whites or heavy cream w/ a little splenda and put some of the sugar free jello powder right in ... it tastes really good. The jello is about 20 calories and nothing else. I also like to cook chicken thighs until they fall off the bone and add in broccoli, cauliflower and celery (I put it all in a crock pot)... this makes for a nice soup and it's filling to boot! Maybe some of this will help, lol
