Well, I thought I was doing okay, but it appears that I have GAINED a pound. I'll try not to obsess over the possible reasons. I think the most likely problems are diet and stress. I think I was mostly good, but maybe my slip-ups were more serious than I thought.
So, I weighed myself and now I will move on. Here's hoping next week yield weight LOSS.
