As expected, I lose control of my calorie intake over the long weekend. But still it's not as bad as it could have been. I suppose a swing of 3-5 lbs up and down is expected ... even after I reach my goal weight. So I'm not gonna get down about it and just drive on. Hooah!
85.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
