Excited that I actually didn't gain weight this weekend. I went past my diet a little bit, but tried to stay hard within means (though this was difficult with alcohol).

Back to running today. Plan on starting w5d1 of c25k and doing my 200 situps week 4 test. Very exciting!
85.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
