Have strayed away from the diet for the past week 1/2. My cousin had an 11 Pound baby! So lent a hand to help for the next few weeks... hubby is gone for 6 weeks to the police academy... perfect timing huh?

Busy day today so will be super easy to follow with the diet. I found my new favorite. The frozen perdue turkey meatballs. They are soo good to just eat alone.

74.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
