Work week recap. I tried to stick to a good diet this week and I think I did fairly well. I went to the gym every day this week and did cardio before every workout. I lost 5 pounds so far, kinda felt like I did when I first started. So I know I don't have to be in this rut if I don't want too, I have been so lazy lately. So I made a major effort this week and the results show for it, stomach is looking flatter than normal. Now here the problem it's Friday and every weekend I end up going out and drinking and eating good. Diet is the number one priority this weekend! I'm going to start documenting cus I been lazy with that also on the weekends. If I can make it threw till Sunday without going to crazy I should be back on track and in the lower 230s by the end of next week.
