I was sick for most of the week and am still sick, so I wasn't sure if that would make me more likely to gain weight (because I pay less attention to what I eat and don't exercise) or loss weight (because I eat sporadically and perhaps not as much as usual). Turns out I just stayed the same. That's fine. I am way off of my running schedule, though, which makes me a bit nervous since I am supposed to run a 10K race on Sunday.
