I am back on site have been off for awhile. My goal is still the same to lose down to 140 lbs. I start and then stop but I have been consistent this year. Its funny to see that where I started is where I am starting again. Since I was last here I had a total right knee surgery. That is what got me back on again plus I want to live a long life to serve God and complete my race.

87.1 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg. Still to go: 21.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.1 kg a Week
