MY SON WAS ILL SO I DIDNT GET TO WORKOUT LIKE I SHOULD HAVE BUT I CONTINUED WALKING ON MY LUNCH BREAK. I THOUGHT I DIDNT LOSE ANYTHING AND WAS BEATING MYSELF UP ABOUT IT UNTIL I WEIGHED IN AND SAW I LOST 5LBS!! I FEEL SO BLESSED RITE NOW!!!
