I weighed myself early--Monday--because of a doctor's appointment. I didn't want to hear their version of my weight--wearing shoes and clothes, after eating breakfast. So, I weighed myself, as usual, naked, first thing in the morning before eating.
Since then I haven't lost too much. It's only been 3 days, though, so any loss is good in that short amount of time. I just hope I can keep it up.
I was hoping to be 185 by November, and that didn't happen. So, hopefully, I can be in the 183-184 range by Thanksgiving and NOT GAIN over the holiday.
We'll see.
