Not minding the bit of weight loss 😉 But more importantly my blood glucose level readings are really great! For the first time in a long time reached a level of 4.7mmol 🔥 Just cutting out ' white starches' from my diet💪
142.8 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 42.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
