I don't think I stepped as far out of bounds as last week, but I still made more unhealthy choices than usual. And, I'm really not eating enough fruits and vegetables.
I think I might have a stress fracture in my foot, so I am going to have that looked at soon. That might help me be more active. Lately, I have been sitting around more hoping for my foot to just feel better.
Ugh.
