First time here in awhile. Went from Medifast back to Herbalife. Enjoying it this time especially the fruit and shakes. Walking three times a week. Let's get this weight off for good. Yea!

87.5 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg. Still to go: 21.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
