Well, I thought I had learned enough about the calories I ate, and that I would be able to do well enough without tracking my food. Turns out, not so much! There is a definite benefit to recording and being accountable. I'm basically back to the weight where I started... Wish me luck folks! I'm back on the food tracking wagon!
