Target sebulan capai 5kg boleh turun..less makan(buat cara berpuasa mkn) last dinner 5pm..skrg dah terkawal..7pm layan yakult..dgn detox, skrg ni achiement : tapak kaki tak sakit,pinggang kurang sakit,breathing dah good boleh bertahan 1 jam dah sbb before this 10min pun rasa nk pitam…gagahkan juga buat cardio…
