Well I’m trying something new this week, to have more meals to boost my metabolism (hopefully). But for now I’ve got back to my previous weight (like a week ago). Coz it’s weekend and I had quite a few drinks.
Also my period means I’m fairly bloated which always sucks. For now holding onto my ibuprofen and trying get some work done.
