Well hmm. I've gained. I think I need to go back and redo the calculator and see if I need to lower the calorie amount. I know adding exercise would help and when Taryn gets here next week we are going to walk. We are eating very healthy and I know my DH is losing.
127.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 50.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
