Well hmm. I've gained. I think I need to go back and redo the calculator and see if I need to lower the calorie amount. I know adding exercise would help and when Taryn gets here next week we are going to walk. We are eating very healthy and I know my DH is losing.

Today went well enough--better than yesterday. I ordered some chia seeds and they came today. I'm not quite sure how to use them yet, but I think we are going to try soaking them then putting the gel in a smoothie. I made Dr. Oz's Pumpkin Chia Muffins and they weren't too great, but in all fairness it's probably because I substituted sugar free Mrs Butterworth's for pure maple syrup.

Here we go! I've been on YOU: On a Diet for over a week and have already lost a few pounds but am starting with today's weight for simplicity. I've done this diet before and lost nearly 30 pounds--gained it back unfortunately over a period of two years. Here's hoping I can lose that much and more this time, and that it stays off!
