Found my Fitbit this morning. I decided to start my challenge right away rather than wait until tomorrow (start of a new month). I figured the sooner the better also I want to see how much I can lose in the month of July I think 4lbs is reasonably healthy but these last 10lbs have been the most difficult. 🌼
