I’m between 5’1 - 5’2. The highest I’ve weighed is a bit over 140lbs, which made me in the “overweight” category according to Age & BMI. The lowest as an adult was 106lbs. My goal is to be between 110lbs- 115lbs. I’ve consulted with my doctor who agrees that’s fine. My weakness is late night snacking.
I eat mostly homemade food except for once a month, and a lot of homemade corn/flour tortillas with my food, therefore I do both CICO as well as IF to eat my food with my family.
