I was really shocked when I weighted in today and the scale said 319 it gives me the motivation to move one with this diet. Today was actually my 8th day on Phase 1

144.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg. Still to go: 54.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
