Up 3 lbs, and not at all surprised. Went camping for 5 days, walked only one morning, ate ice cream 3 days in a row, ate too many carbs... Blah, blah, blah... I'm back at it! Off to do level 3...
59.9 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week

Well congrats for meeting your goal. Have you thought about weight training? The more muscle your body has the more calories your body can burn, even when your not physically working out. More muscle = increased metabolism. This will also help your body adjust when you have intermittent episodes of increased calories. Well think about it and good luck!
