I was worried this week (again). I visited my parents and grandparents this weekend, and they kept shoving food at me. I didn't want to be rude, especially to my grandparents, so I am sure I ate a larger quantity of food than I have been (but luckily it was mostly good for me food). But, I have been trying to avoid excess calories the rest of the week and done pretty well most of the time.
I am not, however, exercising enough. And, I am worried that much of the weight I am losing is muscle weight :(
