Well, this week pretty much undid all of the progress I made last week. It's so easy to goof up. I don't think I was so awful as to gain two pounds, but that is what the scale says. I seem to be having a hard time getting anywhere too far away from 195.
I think next week I start having a bad week, I should just weigh myself and start the week over. Start my week on a different day and put the bad behavior behind me, otherwise I just consider the entire week a wash and don't improve the rest of it.
